1910 EAM Cigarette Case Vintage Silver Plate Business Card Case Edwardian Antique Case
This is a beautiful Edwardian 1910's silver plate cigarette or card case by EAM; and is in excellent condition. It's a pretty silver plate case; with the interior having a beautiful pattern inside.
The case has a blank cartouche on one side; and the other side has the initials "GBM" nicely engraved.
It measures approximately 3 5/8th inches in length by 3 inches in width.
It's in fabulous condition; with no dents, dings, rust or corrosion; only light scuffing.
The case is hallmarked on the spring loaded clip with the arrow and "EAM" and "Made In The USA". EAM Stood for the Elgin American Mfg. Co.
This case will not hold todays standard business cards, as it's only 3 1/4 inches in the interior length. The standard business cards of today are 3 1/2 inches in length.
