1800s French Gold Ormolu Compact Purse Enamel Guilloche And Pearl Finger Ring Excellent Condition
Here's a stunning late 1800's antique French gold ormolu compact purse with a lovely guilloche enamel medallion and pearls, as well as a finger ring for carrying. It is in near mint condition.
It also features beautiful detail in light green enamel, as well as being adorned with prong set pearls. It opens to a framed beveled mirror, that is in great condition, only very light haze, but still very useable. The handmade silk embroidered powder puff is in excellent unused condition. The compact snaps shut tightly, and has no visible damage.
It measures approximately 2 3/4 inches in length by 1 3/4 inches in width and is a bit over 5/8th inches in thickness. The chain and finger ring add an additional 2 3/4 inches drop from the top of the compact.
