Dermay Silver Plated Compact Purse 1910's Wristlet Purse
This is a lovely silver plated 1910's Dermay compact dance purse with mesh wristlet chain, that is in excellent condition. It has no dents, dings, rust or corrosion. Any dark spots are just reflections and not any damage.
The purse measures approximately 4 inches in length by 2 3/4 inches in width; the mesh handle adds an additional 6 inch drop.
Hallmarked "Dermay Paris New York Pat. Pending Silver Plated" on the interior.
The mirror is clear, all hinges and closures work perfectly. It has two lipstick cases, a place behind the mirror for cash or cards. It also comes with two handmade powder puffs, one for the powder well and one for the rouge well.
There is one empty compartment in the front of the case that appears to have been for a tiny perfume vial.
This is a heavy well made piece; the shipping charges reflect the higher weight of this purse.
