Vintage Elephant And Monkey Teapot Ceramic Tea Pot
Here's a unique and charming ceramic vintage elephant and monkey teapot in excellent condition. There is no damage to this pretty 3 cup teapot. No chips, cracks or crazing. The hallmark is smudged, so I'm unsure to the maker or the origin of this piece. I took a closeup of the hallmark on the base of the piece which can be viewed in our series of photos. This piece was purchased over 25 years ago at an estate sale in Pennsylvania, and holds 3 cups of fluid. It measures approximately 9 inches from the tip of the trunk to the end of the handle and is approximately 7 inches in height with the lid on. It is also about 4 1/2 inches across from ear to ear.
