This is a excellent quality Neff & Co. flip-top or Zippo style pocket lighter. Many Brown & Bigelow lighters had inserts marked "Neff & Co. Inc., NY, NY. We are not sure if this is one of them, but it certainly appears to be.
It's machine tooled in a heavy gauge silver tone metal. This larger size pocket lighter measures 2 1/4" by 1 1/2" x 1/2" thick. The piece is in excellent cosmetic and working condition.
This lighter is easy to fill with lighter fluid; no tools needed, and has a new flint installed. It has a good strong spark.
