1950s Gold Basket Weave Compact Purse With Lipstick

Here's a cute little 1950's gold tone basket weave compact purse and cigarette case with lipstick.
It has a pretty basket weave style front and back, and is in very good condition, with only very slight scuffing.
The purse opens on two sides, one side is for cigarettes, while the other would be a great place to store money and other essentials. The hinges and clasps are all in perfect working order.
It has no mirror, and it appears that a powder compartment may have been removed from the piece, which is helpful for storing more personal items.
It also has a lipstick case that is attached to the outside of the case. The lipstick is still remaining, but it does not push up. I'm sure the lipstick could be removed, and the tube would then be in working condition. The handle is also in great condition, with no damage.
The purse size is 4 inches in length not including the lipstick case, and is 3 inches in height. The lipstick case adds an additional 3/4 of an inch to the length. The depth of the purse is one inch. The snake chain handle also adds an additional 3 1/4 inch drop from the top of the purse.
It's a lovely piece at a great price, and would make a nice little evening bag.
