This is a gorgeous and very rare litho graphic talcum powder tin from the early 1900's.
It has a Japanese style graphic that goes all the way around the cardboard and tin can.
Hallmarked with a date of "June 30th 1906", as well as "Packed For C.T. Cheek & Sons Nashville, Tenn.".
This powder container has about 1/3 to 1/2 the original powder still remaining. The container does show some age related wear, as can be viewed in our high resolution photos. It's still a wonderful display piece that is very unique.
The top center dial spins to dispense the powder, and it still works well. A fabulous piece to add to your vanity or bath.
It measures 5 1/2 inches in height by a bit over 3 inches in diameter.
