Black Leather Cigarette Case Gold Plated 1948 Rogers Lin Bren Cigarette Case Business Card Case Credit Card Holder
A great looking black Moroccan leather and gold plated Rogers Lin Bren cigarette case, that is in excellent condition. It would work for regular or 100's, as well as for business and credit cards.
It measures approximately 5 inches in length; including the slider closure by 3 1/2 inches in width. The leather is in great supple condition, and it opens and closes as it should with a slider closure that works perfectly. The gold plated spring loaded clips also work well to hold items in place. The interior has a cream satin lining. The only issue we found is some slight spots of discoloration to the gold plating.
It is hallmarked with the "Rogers" name, as well as "Lin Bren" and the patent number "2425540"; which places it's manufacturing date at 1948.
