This is a extremely rare and lovely vintage Boho 1940's India style brass pillow purse or handbag in terrific condition. A great purse for wedding or formal events.
It's hand forged out of shiny brass, and has a decorative cord handle for carrying.
The clasp works well, as does the hinge. There are no dents or dings, just some tiny dark spots of discoloration. Click on the zoom feature to see more detail of this unique and lovely purse.
This purse measures approximately 6 1/2 inches in length by 3 3/4 inches in height, and is approximately 1 3/8 inches in depth. The woven cord handle adding an additional 3 1/2 inches in length from the top of the purse.
It's a very unique and interesting design. A great purse to add to your vintage collection. We haven't seen another one like it anywhere.
