Edwardian Silver Compact Purse Finger Ring
Here's a charming little Edwardian compact purse with finger ring. This circa 1910 silver tone powder and mirror compact purse is in great condition. It has no dents, dings, rust or corrosion, but it does have some age related tarnish and light scuffing, as can be viewed in our high resolution photos. The compact measures 2 inches in diameter and has a wonderful intricate engine turned design on the lid, as well as a blank cartouche for engraving. The bottom of the compact has a star burst design. Inside you'll find a reflective half moon glass mirror a small powder puff and a tap sifter for dispensing loose powder. The hinge and clasp are secure, as is the delicate chain and lovely etched finger ring.
A terrific piece that comes in a white organza pouch that makes this perfect for gifting.
