This is a pretty working ladies gold and mother of pearl Elgin American lighter from 1950's.
It's a easy piece to fill and change the flint; with no tools needed. It has a new flint installed, so just add your lighter fluid. To fill; lift up the little tab on the front of the snuffer to remove the top for filling, or changing the flint.
The piece is in excellent condition, with no damage to the pretty mother of pearl that completely surrounds the front, back, bottom and sides of the piece.
It's a very heavy piece for it's size; measuring 2 1/4 inches across and 1 1/2 in height. It comes in a white organza drawstring gift pouch.
