Evans Nickel Silver Cigarette Case Business Credit Card Holder 1910 Edwardian
This is a beautiful antique Evans Edwardian 1910's cigarette case or business card case or credit card holder. It's a pretty nickel silver case with the engine turned design, and areas of a light gold wash on the lid, as well as the back and interior.
The initials "CB" are lightly engraved on the cartouche, and the case measures approximately 3 3/4 inches in length by 3 inches in width.
The case is hallmarked "Evans, Nickel Silver" on the inside spring loaded holder bar.
It does show some slight wear, including light scuffing, and one very faint ding to the lid, that is barely noticeable. Check our zoom feature to see more detail.
The hinge and closure, as well as the spring loaded clip all work perfectly. It comes in a black organza gift pouch, and would be perfect for holding business or credit cards, or folded cash.
