Victorian Tapestry Purse 1900s Petit Point Handbag Loomed Needle
This is a lovely early vintage 1900's petit point purse with a pretty Victorian scenic design on the front and back of the bag.
It's in great condition, with no damage. Please see photos, and click to enlarge for more detail.
It measures approximately 6 inches in length at the widest point to about 5 inches in height. The gold tone chain adds approximately a 6 inch drop from the top of the purse. It has a snap closure that works well. The interior lining is a cream color satin moiré fabric, and the tag is hallmarked "Loomed Needle". It has a matching cream colored moiré covered mirror that has some silver loss.
