Black & Gold Enamel Compact Purse Art Deco Cigarette Case 1930's Mesh Wristlet Purse
This is a wonderful and very unique 1930's vintage Art Deco compact cigarette case wristlet purse in excellent condition.
The piece features a gorgeous gold and black enamel diamond pattern on the lid, and a gold tone mesh wristlet for carrying.
It opens with a push button on the front of the case, and opens to reveal a good condition framed glass mirror in the lid, with only slight age wear, but still useable.
The base of the compact has a sifter net and powder puff, in excellent condition, as well as a compartment for a small lipstick.
In the bottom exterior of the compact, you will find a slide out comb, with two teeth missing.
There is a slider button, that when pushed reveals the cigarette case.
It measures approximately 4 inches in length, not including the wristlet, by 2 1/4 inches in width, and about 1 inch in depth from the center of the domed top. The wristlet adds an additional 4 1/2 inches to the length.
This stunning piece is in wonderful condition, with no serious damage. It does have some very slight wear to the enamel on the back and edges, that is barely noticeable. Check our high resolution photos by clicking on the to enlarge.
