This is a beautiful vintage Richard Hudnut and Du Barry cameo style powder box that is still full of the original facial powder..
It has a lovely picture of a Victorian lady on the lid in vivid colors of burgundy and cream. The box is in good condition, and still has most of the powder remaining inside.
It does have an area on the bottom that has some paper loss. Please see enlarged photos for more detail.
The powder is hypo-allergenic. On the bottom of the box it states that the powder is as non-allergic as science can make it. It also is hallmarked Morocco, Richard Hudnut, New York and Paris, and 5 oz.
